external 7' monitor ??

i was looking at the ikan v8000hdmi - im shooting with the 60d what is an equally good external monitor for less the price of the ikan v8000hdmi?

Aren't Ikans just rebadged Lilliputs? If that's the case the 480p drop down while recording makes it pretty much useless.
