I shot some footage HVX200 with P2 cards 1080/60i and edited it in Premiere Pro CS4...working in windows 7. I'm needing to export it with the best quality so it can be viewed on both PC and Mac and and also to upload to the web. I've tried different formats and codecs but I'm not trained enough to know which will work best..I'm ending up with the video looking really choppy so I'm definitely doing something wrong..any advice would be appreciated!
