Exporting from PC to DVX miniDV?

I lost my DVX manual. I need to export from Premiere Pro 2 and capture it on a miniDV in my DVX. Is this possible? How do I go about doing this hardware and software side?

I'm pretty sure there is a a "print to tape" type button, probably under the file menu or something. So connect your camera via firewire, power it up into VCR mode and select the print to tape option. Before having your project play, press the red and grey button under the "VCR record" area at the same time to being recording on your DVX. If you own a 100B those buttons are inside the LCD and if you own a 100 or 100A they should be on top right under the cameras handle.

Another simple way would be to set up your preferences so you can preview your video via firewire, and then just start recording on your DVX and then hit play so you move through your timeline.

LOL. Don't have Vegas. I mentioned Premiere Pro 2, but thanks for the tip bud.
I managed to get it going with the suggestions above and the detailed manual PDF I found online.
Thanks guys!
