Exporting from FCP help

My footage was shot on 24p...
I did all my edit on FCP...
what do i export out as?

I want to make it into a dvd idvd...
what export format is the best to playback on tv...

i did it with Quicktime Movie file with DV NTSC 23.98
and the footage looks horrible! all blurry...

what is the best way to export out a footage playing back on TV

If you shot 24p you should be editing on a 29.97 timeline, not 23.98. If you're going to use idvd, just export quicktime movie, current setting from fcp. Take it into idvd and it will do the encoding for you.
