FCP doesn't support direct export to the MXF system, and the HVX doesn't support passing a live firewire feed out through its HD outputs. What you can do is "print to video" from the FCP timeline, record the incoming firewire stream on your HVX, and then play it from the P2 card onto your HDTV.
Much simpler solution is probably to get a Kona card.
