Export progressiv video with a Sony DVCAM tape!?

I am going to export a music video to tape. I have two kinds of tape: Panasonic AY-DVM63pq

And Sony DVCAM PDVM-40N.

Which of them is best to use?

I am going to send them in to be printed on a BETA tape...

I am using my camera to export.

Please help...

Use the same tape that you normally use in your camera.


Mark the tape as a "DV" format tape on the lable for the dub house.
