Just wondering what everyone is expecting in hours of operation out of your C100 say in a two year period if you had to estimate, and how many hours have you logged so far?

My last camera, an AF100 I had for two years and at the rate I'm going, I'll surpass the hours in about a year.

How much of the reception are you filming? I usually have about 2 hours tops from a single reception.

well, Im shooting indian receptions, usually clients are demanding, they need every single minute.

my portfolio isnt good enough for me to reject any business for now lol. maybe in 6 months i will be quiting this wedding field

that kills my camera lol

These cameras dont have any moving parts. camera hours is about wearing tape heads out.

Ok they have some moving parts, buttons and taking cards in/out will wear them out.. maybe after a million hours

hours is a non issue.

Sam is right. Without a tape head, hours is much less of an issue. Short of rough use, any of these cameras should last you well past obsolescence. Things like gaskets, seals, coatings may wear down, but the camera itself should still function just fine in ten years if not more.
