Shouldn't the poster have an exit sign or freeway or that missile silo on it. If this is just the poster for the local screening then I think it should have that missile silo on it.

So, we had our premiere to a crowd of about 500.

Now we are exploring DVD options.

Can anyone chime in on the current state of distribution? Is there any reason to even try? or is self distribution the better option now?

Would love to see this film... been following it for a while now... let me know when a dvd is available... and what is your facebook page link...

Terry

Hey guys! EXIT 101 has been picked up for distribution to US/Foreign markets by a new horror distributor who is growing very rapidly. You can see their ads on fangoria, bloodydisgusting.com and all the major horror outlets. I cannot say who it is right now for several reasons, but as soon as I can let the cat out of the bag I will. We are getting a fairly decent deal that is better than what we could do ourselves, and they are covering all manufacturing costs/promotional and marketing costs. We are slated for a 2012 release date, that is TBA.

To anyone here who gave me advice along the way. I want to say thank you. I started out in this industry having only ever done extra work in a few hollywood films, to writing, producing, and acting in a feature length film.. which premiered to 500 people, and sold several 100 units locally, and is now getting a national/world release to major markets. EXIT 101 is not an award winning masterpiece, but I'm proud to have completed it to prove what can be done with a minimal budget if one applies himself and learns about his area and how to get the most out of it. I look at this as a calling card for future films, with a foot in the door. So my advice to aspiring film makers is to go out and shoot your movie. Simple as that.

You have to start small and make a ripple, before you can make waves.

Thanks to everyone who supported us in this endeavor it is much appreciated! Hopefully you'll see our movie in a retailer soon near you!
