FEATURE: Exit 101 - beginner filmmaking journey

[Azmyth]

This looks really cool and I don't even like horror movies. I can't wait to see it.

Thanks! I watched the trailer for the old livingston house last night. I'm a fan on facebook, good work!

[Martay]

lol nice Martay, did you see the missile?

We shot some more tonight, and shooting the rest of this 3 day party scene tomorrow night and a board room scene tomorrow morning.. not sure while I'm still up. I'm gonna post some high resolution stills this weekend sometime that look awesome (or at least I think they do lol)

Of course, you can't NOT see it.

That exit was one of my regular pit stops when I needed to travel to South GA for meetings. I didn't happen to stop this time because the distance I had to go after was pretty short so I just hustled down and back past Exit 101.

Hey guys! We had an amazing weekend of shoots. Friday night we filmed at an indie pro wrestling show. We got some awesome footage there of the actual show and some scripted stuff backstage. We also learned of a new way of making some revenue, filming wrestling events live. Saturday was AMAZING. Probably the best shoot to date. Everyone gave 110% and the footage looks fantastic. I saw some stuff out of actors I've yet to see.. Was very impressed. We've got 3 days left if the weather will allow us without delays. Here's a behind the scenes video, and some shots from this weekend, you can view the entire gallery.... HERE

Looks good - just keep it up!

your guide seems to be working so far!

[Nathyn]

Did, I mention how absolutely insane this movie looks. The make up guy is doing an awesome job over there, too.

[Azmyth]

lol thanks. I did all the special fx makeup myself.

I'm glad I could help. The makeup looks really good. I'm definately waiting to see this. Atlanta - on the come up!

This looks awesome, I hope you got a wholesale price on blood, because it looks like you used plenty of it. I can't wait to see this movie. How much longer before you finish shooting? I also dig the fact that you guys are from the southeast like I am. I don't know why I like that, but I do.

[Azmyth]

We have a secret blood recipe that costs nearly nothing to make.

If all goes as planned we will wrap next weekend.

Here's some stills from this weekends shoot, that I actually shot with my GH13 and not the camera we are actually shooting the movie on. Wish I had this thing when we started now though! lol.

[El Director]

Sweet factory locations, and I love the Hazardous Waste!

[Azmyth]

lol thanks. We are actually outside, at the base of the missile. There is a krystals right behind it lol. The hazardous waste is something I concocted out of a girls giant lipstick shaped piggy bank and sunkist soda with a tiny bit of green food coloring lol.

Made the front page of the newspaper again today! Check it out!

OMG! That is totally awesome! Great prop design on that too BTW. The best props come from the simple things.
