exchanging 7D for 60D

I have decided I want to exchange my 7D for a 60D and am trying to figure out the best way to do this. I want the articulating screen and the AGC defeat. My 7D is over a year old and I'm looking for suggestions on the best way to do this with least amount of hassle.

Thanks. Actually come to think of it my camera is about 7 months old as the circuit board was bad and they gave me a new one. Too bad it didn't happen a couple months later then I would have replaced it with the 60D.
