Excessive Video Noise Issue - Please Help

Hey guys, I am experiencing what I believe to be excessive video noise (and banding) on my Canon 60D camera. Here is some sample video:

The first shot was set at ISO 160, the second at ISO 640, the third at ISO 1250. I realize these DSLRs aren't the best in low light, but this looks like there could be something wrong with my camera. Anyone have any ideas on what might be going on here before I send the camera in for repair?

I appear to have isolated the issue to Magic Lantern. I reinstalled it and the excessive noise is no more. Odd, since my other SDHC card with ML did not have this issue.

Look like you accidently change to a lower bitrate than default when you were playing with ML, so when you reinstall ML, it reset to a default bitrate, that was not noise, it was banding from very low bitrate settings.
