umm... cause I don't have the cash to spend renting or buying all three cameras, nor do I have connections to get each of those cameras.

Was figuring somebody would either own all three or have a way to get all three for free.
 
Well I did a thread that compared the EX1 (basically the same cam with removable lenses) hvx200a & Canon a1. I think it was called "the big three"

In short, the EX3 will be much sharper and more detailed, but it's colors and 24p motion is not as filmic as the hvx200a and it suffers from some weird cmos issues from time to time.

The HVX200a has really nice film looking motion and colors but it is a bit soft and can tend to look mushy compared to the EX1 / EX3. Especially on big 1920 monitors / tvs.

The hvx170 is pretty much the same as the hvx200a without a tape drive, you get some extra toys and sdi out - and it's color tone seems a tad darker.
 
I am actually needing to show someone footage of all these cameras as well and vimeo doesn't cut it. Does anyone know where to download some clips of uncompressed footage?
