GH5 Evaluating GH5 4K 10bit clips recorded at both 150Mbps and 400Mbps.

- Better motion/panning cadence thanks to avoiding any predictive errors
- Much better frame to frame imagery when it comes to large amounts of random motion (explosions, confetti cannons, etc)
- A lack of macroblocking errors thanks to each frame being a whole, instead of a predictive part of a previous frame
IBP compression does not render predictive frames, it predicts a frame, then compares it with the actual frame and then only compresses the difference.

Sorru. Difficult to make this post. I make it again.

A static frame may break also if the i-frames get too little bitrate. It is like a bad JPG compression. I think GH5 static frame is a little tiny bit better in 150Mbs ipb than 400Mbs all-i.
Here isan uncompressed png which show than GH5 all-i can have more errors than ipb. The frames are of course heavily adjusted.

In complex motion all-i is better. Here is high shutter speed motion frame enlargement ipb vs all-i

Seems that this site re-compresses my examples and makes the results smoother than originals :(
