4K Video Outputs:
6G-SDI: 4K30p 10-bit 422
HDMI 2.0: 4K60p 10-bit 422

(These are the max throughput of these two, 6G-SDI & HDMI 2.0.)

RAW data output:
5.7K up to 30p
4K up to 60p

(Over 6G-SDI only. HDMI is a shared standard requiring a "handshake" between sender & receiver to function. Not compatible with RAW data.)

No lock on the HDMI connector, but there is a door to the area where the port is located, and it is easy to ziptie to the door and/or the top handle to lock the cable in place.

Will the raw Output be 10bit only? I think the Sony linear raw as offened by the FS7 is 12bit.

Mitch has mentioned previously that EVA1 raw output will be 10-bit logarithmic raw which has a similar data range to Sony 12-bit linear raw.
