What are the settings to get the EVA /Atomos pairing to record 60fps (or 50fps) Quicktime on the Atomos Ninja V?

I’m able to record up to 30fps no problem, but the instant I move to 60fps, the Atomos says “no input”.

Are any users getting this to work? I would love to know what the set up is as I have scoured the internet and YouTube and have been unabl eto find a set up guide. Everything is about setting up to record Prores Raw.

There are no special settings; it's most likely just your HDMI cable. (May not be fast enough.)

Do you know if it's 2.0? And is the Ninja showing 2.0 in its menu? (Top-left, click around.)

I have an ATOMOS cable that is supposed to work but doesn't and I just went to the local computer store and got one at 1/4 the price that works fine.

Ok so I tested it with a consumer HDMi cable that I had lying round the house and it works no problem BUT the expensive supposedly HDMI 2.0 cables from ATOMOS don't - I have 2 different lengths and neither worked. So buyer beware, avoid the ATOMOS cables.

You wouldn't be the first and won't be the last. I now use cheap Amazon Basics cables and they work like a charm. I also use this cable when I need an extra thin one for my gimbal, and it's less than $20.
