C300: essential lenses

Just want to hear everyone's thoughts on what you think essential lenses are for your c100-c300(mkii)

Currently I use:

10-18 stm
55-250 stm
16-35 f4
24-70 f2.8 ii
70-200 f2.8 mkii
18-80 CN-E
50 stm

Is there any other lens that you would suggest is a key factor in what you shoot? There have been many situations I think, I could really do with (x,y,z)

My main lenses are:

17-55 2.8 IS ef-s (great debate on this lens, but it's always been my go-to walkin' 'round lens)
70-200 2.8 II ef (this one always beckons to be used)
Tokina 11-16 II ef-s (dramatic!)
50mm 1.4 ef (underappreciated lens)
Sigma Art 18-35 1.8
Sigma Art 50-100 1.8 (don't use this as much as I should)

I have two Canon pancakes laying around for gimbal use--they're fine. I have access to a 100mm L macro, though I don't use it much. And I recently have been renting the 85mm L 1.4 IS, and I really like it.

Kind of depends on what you shoot...

My C300 has become my "B" s35 cam(behind my F55) and really only use it for one client, that still asks for it. I'd say the lens that I've used on it the most in the last six months has been my Canon 17-120. Mostly because most of the shoots that I've done for them lately have been 2-cam b-roll shoots of subjects leading into the interviews. If the shoot is a straight interview, I usually go with my primes.

I have a pretty nice selection of Canon still lenses, but the only ones that really see any use for video, now, are my 70-200/2.8/v2 and 100-400/v2.

So in summary, this is what sees action on my C300 and F55:

Canon CN-7(17-120)
CN-E 14, 24, 35, 50, 85, 135
70-200/2.8/v2
100-400/v2

I shoot a lot of BTS/doc style work so lens needs change with the shoot I'm on but more often than not, I'm bringing these to use with my C300 Mark II:

Sigma 18-35 1.8
Canon C-NE 18-80 T4.4
70-200 2.8 IS II
Sigma 24mm 1.4 ART (bringing less since picking up the 18-35, still useful on my 1DXii or A7iii)
Sigma 50mm 1.4 ART

My lesser used but occasionally handy lenses are:
Canon STM 10-18 (really dont shoot wide often so this little guy is good just in case).
Sigma 17-70 Contemporary 2.8-4 (not a perfect lens but pretty impressive for the money)
Canon 24-70 2.8 II (too nice to sell and handy when I need it)
Canon 24-70 F4 IS (Got a great deal on this and use it with my 1DXII mostly. It's useful when cradling the C300ii though, or when I have limited bag space. Considering selling it for 24-105 F4 IS II soon)

I'm planning on picking up a Canon 85mm 1.4 IS or Sigma 85mm 1.4 soon to round out the primes. Would love the 100-400 mkII but I don't shoot enough tele to warrant it at the moment. Other than that, one or two of the STM primes might be handy if I pick up a Ronin-S.

That is almost exactly the kit that I have. The 18-135 STM lens was pretty big for me until I picked up the compact servo lenses. I also find the Sigma f/1.8 zooms to be useful for those people who want the depth of field of a prime lens. I used to most of the Canon L prime and tilt shift lenses but I found that I wasn't using them much because I was doing mostly doc and event style work.

I'm C100mkii, but...
primary lens is tamron 24-70 f2.8 OS
Sigma 70-200 f2.8 OS

i have a canon 50 f1.4 and canon 16-35 f4 but i don't use them as much.
