ergonomics of design

Hi,
I stumbled across your listing and I am excited about your possibilities. I wanted to impress upon you the importance of including input on the ergonomics of your designs from working professionals such as camera assistants and camera operators. Not to say you aren't professionals, however, designers and manufactures of equipment get lost in the technical end of things and they lose sight of the way a product might be used in the field.

As an example, I have been using panavision equipment for nearly 2 decades and whenever they are working on something new they seek and accept input from the professionals that will be using the equipment in real world applications. This is especially important because they try to keep the transition from product to product similar. This helps film people transition to the video world a little easier. If you look at the Genesis system, you will notice it is layed out almost like a film camera.

Anyway, I am sure you have recognized these factors and are looking to make a great camera better.
