Equipment to make your camera look more legit

I'm new to the whole making money from videos side of things and I was wondering if anyone feels like their legitimacy has ever been called into question when they show up for a shoot with a "photo camera."

I realize it's more common than ever to use a DSLR for shooting video, but is there anything you guys will get to make your camera look less like a photo camera? for example a matte box...

I do feel strange shooting video with a bare GH2, no rig. But...I get far more people asking me about my work than when I used the DVX. That's a lot more opportunities to hand out business cards. And even more importantly, this little toy of a camera puts out a better image than I'd be able to get from a real video camera costing several times the price.

Nobody's hiring a camera. They're hiring an artist who knows how to actually use one.

And for what it's worth, lighting equipment is going to make you look far more professional on a shoot as well as improve the final product much more than an expensive matte box.
