Hello,

I am trying to get good footage using home made helicam (multi-rotors), let me know what you think about the results:

wow, that's quite awesome, whats the rig you use to do that? Something like that would really open the doors for establishing shots or Doc features.

Thanks :-)

I use home made camera gimball:

Been wanting one of these forever but all the cheap low end models of quadcopters where just not able to support the camera weight and usually only used a go pro and the footage wasn't that stable. Now your shots on the other hand look amazing and very good. I really want to get one of these but I bet they are not cheap and take a lot of practice flying.

Indeed, it's quite expensive and what's more important require lots of effort and time to learn flying.

Bellow one more movie - early summer morning nearby the river.

Holy crap...... my jaw just dropped, that is insane. You made that? If so that's quite some engineering you did there. If you bought it and assembled it where did you get it?

Ladnie ladnie, widac ze wiesz co robisz i ktore ujecia fajnie wygladaja.Moze by jakies ujecia w nocy nad miastem i troche szerszym obiektywem, ale chyba ciezko sie wtedy steruje.

Dziekuje :-) Nocne loty mam w planie, ale faktycznie to wyzsza szkola jazdy (ograniczona widocznosc).

Actually whole electronics is out of the box (mikrokopetr), the frame, gimbal done both by me and other flying models enthusiasts.

Ah, Poland. I'm from there.
Really cool to see it from above like that.
Well, so I have something special for you… a movie (Poland from sea to mountains) I made for Orange competition:

And some backstage clip:

Enjoy!
