General EOS Utility - Technicolor Issues

Hi guys. I've ran into a slight issue when installing the User Defined Picture Style via the EOS Utility Software.

'7. Click “Register User Defined style” under “Shooting menu”
8. Once the new page “Register Picture Style File” opens, select one of User Def.1, 2 or 3 at the top of the new page
9. Click the open file icon'

However, on step 9, I cannot click the icon.

Im running the latest Software. Help?

Are you in manual photo mode?

Are you running the EOS utility installed from the 60D CD?

(I had some problems with the 550D's EOS utility, but I don't remember exactly what it said).
