EOS-M / Mag. Lant. Flickering, Pulsing

I've seen this gratuitous flickering in a number of test videos. It's very visible in the sky here. The combination (EOS-M / RAW M.L.) seems to have some quirks. Is this a magic lantern issue, a sensor issue, or something else? Also, is there a fix?

 
i have an eos-m which i often use for .mov bts shoots.

i would LOVE to know how to get magic lantern onto my eos-m but have NO experience in dealing with such issues.

i am on a mac platform.

is there a real step by step guide to installing magic lantern on the eos-m that even a newbie like me can get right?

if not, anyone in the nyc metro area want to show me how to install ml on the eos-m?

i'll gladly buy a wonderful lunch for your time and effort!

It's moderately easy to install. Got to the magic lantern forum. Go on the "camera specific" forum and click on the EOS-M thread at the top. Skim through the thread and you will find multiple places where instructions have been given.
 
For all the static shots that have flickering it would be pretty quick to key out the flickering to a single still image.
