GH2 Emergency Settings for Interview?

I'm overseas and will be flying into the US in a few weeks, picking up my GH2 and shooting some interviews THE NEXT DAY, then back on a plane a few days later. I need to get this right and I really won't have a lot of time to familiarize myself with all the settings before shooting. (I will be shooting with a backup HD camcorder, but having the GH2 will be soooo exciting, i need to at least TRY and get some good footage out of it..can't be TOO hard, can it?!).

Can anyone give me a brief 1, 2, 3, 4 of what basic setting will work for an interview (and how to find them onthe camera lol! and best lens choice? I'll be shooting in a school classroom most likely, trying to find a lamp or two and a nice backdrop, but I'm sure it'll be slim pickins...

I'll have the 14-140 HD,
FD 50mm 1.4,
FD 35mm 2.8
and i HOPE a Voigtlander 25mm 0.95, (but if it doesn't come in on time, it'll be a 20mm 1.7 Panny pancake instead.)
H4n
Sanheizer wireless LAV

I will probably do the Wireless LAV into the H4N, into the Camcorder + record all 4 channels with the on-board mics as well, but i'm debating sending the LAV straight into the Camcorder, in case i screw up with the H4n (also new!) and loose everything.

Any step-by-step you guys can offer would be much appreciated (it will get printed, carried in my wallet and studied the night before with camera in hand!)

What i'm really looking for is a "step-by-step best settings to use", ie.

1. use 35mm FD lense
2. switch off Shoot with no lens setting
3. choose neutral scene, or whatever
4. bracket down half-stop
5. avoid iso 200
6. select "vivid" color setting..etc.

This will at least give me a fighting chance when i'm on the spot, nervous and completely unprepared lol!

Much appreciated :)

I'm really nervous i won't have time to get familiar enough with all the settings to get good footage and I'd hate to be stuck

but won't that give me 60i? i thought of staying with 24p for maximum resolution (and avoiding the interlaced thing)...but i'm new to that too.

That seemed like a bit of odd advice to me, but horses for courses as they say.
I like 24p for interviews, and pretty much anything these days.
