Electronic grad filters

Wow, cool contest. I'm really dreaming here because the red is such an awsome camera as is.One of the thinkgs cool about filters is the grad filters, making a sky blue. The bad thing is your locked into that line. If there was such a thing as an electronic grad filter, that could lock to a brightness or color point, that would enable camera movement.

I like this idea very much I think it could even be combined with the tracking of objects I spoke about in my "SMART auto-follow focus" thread: you could easily (2 point) track the skyline and set-up your "electronic grad filter" to start at those points no matter how you move the camera. That would be cool...
