C300: Electrolux Commercial with Kelly Ripa / C300 with EOS EF Lenses

Hey Guys!

It's been a long time since I've been on! I wanted to share one of my latest C300 projects. We shot with two Canon C300s in CP Lock with regular Canon EF zoom lenses, the 70-200mm and 24-70mm.

My main goal was to make Kelly look amazing and I think we did a good job. I'm always comparing the C300 to the Alexa and Red Epic stuff I shoot and with the right colorist it really holds it's own.

Here is a little behind the scene shot, you can see our Briese 140 and some other lighting stuff.

Hope you this helps someone out for those who are interested in seeing the C300/EF Lenses in a beauty/interview style shoot.

Internal Codec? Or out to ProRes?
Any control about the exterior light or just the sun?

Thanks guys.

@Spartacus: it's the internal 50mbs 1080p codec Canon Log. That studio doesn't provide much control for the exterior light, we might have put tracing paper on some of the windows but I wanted it to come in hot! We had a 6k and a 1.2k HMI Briese to match the exterior light level. Though I wasn't trying to see out the windows or anything.

Lighting is nice & very appropriate for the TVC. Not sure that other cameras would not have looked as nice at a discount ;)
Then again- I haven't seen the uncompressed footage. This is for Broadcast right?
