El Chupacabra - shot and killed in Texas?

Newsmen, always in a rush to get the story out. At the end he said they wouldn't know until the DNA tests are returned. The report should have been put on hold until then...but I guess then, there wouldn't have been a story.:Drogar-Happy(DBG):

Hmmm, apparently the test results are back, and it's a coyote/dog crossbreed, that was emaciated and overrun with mites.

But -- look at this, from 2007, three years ago -- nearly the same story, in another location. Texas must be overrun with chupacabras...

Not to hijack this thread or go completely off-track, but that vid reminds me of this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J-fzL6ITBH4

I'm impressed that people have time available to devote to chupacabras.

You'd think what with the fake moon landings, autism-inducing vaccines, black helicopter campaigns, Nessie sightings, Bigfoot tracks, presidential birth certificates and 9-11 controlled demolitions there'd hardly be a free minute.

Of course, this is the news media. They're professionals.

Hey ,Mr Mulder how is Ms Scully doing ?

Well, Chupacabras were the last reason I could come up with to not move there, I guess it's settled.

i've got to get my hands on a coyote so i can mate it with a dog and sell chupacabra puppies.

I actually just produced a documentary for National Geographic on the "Texas Chupacabra". Despite the fact that, yes, this is not an alien monster etc., it is an interesting story because there is something going on with these coyote hybrids that's causing them to have some very bizarre mutations and behavioral habits. Scientists agree and it does merit some investigation, especially since these hybrids seem to be more and more common down there.

Of course, the legitimate questions inherent in the discovery of these creatures is buried beneath the headlines the news guys put out. But, its modern mythology in the making and pretty fascinating to witness.

I don't know. We haven't collectively extracted ourselves from the horrible morass of old mythologies. What's so great about creating new mind-poison?
