Edius Neo 2 software -- Anyone Use This?

Has anyone downloaded and used the Edius Neo 2 software that is now bundled with the HMC150? If so, does it edit natively or is it transcoded?

Grass Valley Partners With Panasonic In Support Of AVCHD Format (23/4/2009)
Grass Valley(tm) announced that it has partnered with Panasonic Co., Ltd. to offer professionals and prosumers the latest AVCCAM cameras bundled with the Grass Valley EDIUS(r) Neo 2 nonlinear editing software, starting with orders taken in April 2009. The companies have also agreed to combine their marketing efforts in order to increase penetration of the AVCHD format into the professional market.
The Grass Valley EDIUS Neo 2 software will be bundled with Panasonic's AVCCAM cameras, ensuring that the PC-based nonlinear editing software - which shares the same user interface and many of the same feature-set and functionality of the proven Grass Valley EDIUS 5 software -supports the editing of AVCHD format, HD video shot with the Panasonic AG-HMC70 series and AG-HMC150 series solid-state memory camcorders.
This bundle campaign will be in effect from April, 2009 to the end of March, 2010. A DVD containing the EDIUS Neo 2 software will be included in all AG-HMC70 series and AG-HMC150 series boxes starting in May.

EDIUS is always native.
But it will edit much faster using Canopus HQ, which lots of people capture to directly from their HDV cams and which I convert to edit AVCHD from my SR11. My Edius 5 will slowly edit AVCHD native but runs full speed with HQ.
Conversion time to HQ is about 1/2 realtime from my Sony AVCHD. File size is maybe 3 times AVCHD.

I was most interested in seeing how Edius edited HMC150 files since it is now supposed to be a free download for those buying the 150 after April 1st.

Has anyone done this?
