AC160 EDITOR SPECS and frame rates

I'm prepping for a job on sat, the editor wants everyone to shoot at 720p - the a camera is a Canon c300 the b camera is my Pana 160a.
It's an outdoor shoot on a beach. Should be a challenge.
I noticed that the 160a offers several flavors in 720p:
PH 720p/60
PH 720p/30
PH 720p/24

My camera will be shooting people running, guys jumping out of planes, skydivers, lots of movement.
What would be the best 720p frame rate for this and please explain why so I can pass this onto the editor.

Well, it depends on what you want it to look like. 24P has filmlike motion, but 60p is more accurate for capturing high-speed action. 60p is a popular choice for sports; the major sports networks in the USA (ABC, Fox, ESPN) broadcast in 720/60p. 60p is the "live" look, high frame rate, looking-through-a-window. 24p is the "film" look.

30p is a look that's sort of halfway inbetween. It's not as filmic as 24p, nor as "realistic" as 60p. But 30p is my least favorite frame rate because it makes for difficult conversions to Euro/PAL broadcast. 24p or 60p are infinitely easier to convert to PAL frame rates.
