anybody know how to achieve the stacato edit( that what i call it) that very popular right now and is shown in this video at the beginning and the end when he gets into the maybach.

Just shoot the motion normally and then chop out a few frames at a time according to the beat.

I believe the term you're looking for is 'jump cut'. And yeah, it's as easy as that. Chop it up.

one more question please...how do you get the edit move where at the end of the video the windows closes to black (top/bottom goes toward center until it's all black.)

You mean a wipe? There might be some transition presets depending on which NLE you're using, or simply generate two black stripes and animate them toward each other.
