No but's, if's or disclaimers...
This is the main reason I purchased the 7Q, but today I found out (from your tech help dept) that this does NOT apply to the FS700 UNLESS you fork out the $800 for the RAW option!!!! Making it... well... not FREE.
You guys SERIOUSLY need a disclaimer stating this. I would've held off on purchase till next year (and maybe the shogun) had I known this "Included Free" 4K/UHD compressed ProRes option was not really "Included Free" for the FS700, only for the FS7 or 55 or whatever your tech guy told me. VERY disappointed :-([/TD]

Sorry but that's just due to your misunderstanding how the SDI output on the FS700 works. Like Mitch said, it doesn't send out a *video* signal. It sends out a RAW signal that must be processed. This is an extra step and requires more work than just recording a video signal. Thus, the reason why they charge for the FS700 RAW function. They maybe should have a disclaimer to clarify that, but the reality is that there is nothing wrong or misleading about the Compressed recording mode list. It captures ProRes is all of those resolutions and frame rates, as long as your camera is sending in a video signal with those resolutions and frame rates. That's where the difference lies.
