That's exactly what I meant (can't speak for MotionFX). SmallHD politely but firmly declined any consideration of a GB at the time or in the near future. Something changed their minds (maybe the TVLogic GB thread?).
 
Hehe, well it's nice to see they are doing it again. I was the one that put together the small group buy the first time :) I am LOVING my DP6!
 
I talked specifically in person at their headquarters about this with two different people. They are working on it is what they told me. They want to get it right for the majority of people so I believe they have taken a lot of time to discuss needs with people and what would be superfluous. I would say if there is something specific that you want, I would contact them directly and tell them what you are hoping for so they have another data point to consider. They are REALLY open to discussion (which I like).

I was in the first group buy and man is this monitor sweet. I've used it at several shoots now and everyone on set was really impressed with it's image quality. Plus it looks great on the zacuto rails with a nikon 17-35 hanging off the front.
