Hey Jarred,

I don't usually make my way out to other forums like "Latest News," so I am just reading about the passing of your cat. I am a big cat person and am really sorry to hear about Bing. I was amazed to hear that your cat liked to climb on top of the monitor, because one of my cats does the same thing! Here is a picture of one of my cat's William:

I don't know if he just likes the heat on his tummy or if he thinks he is helping, but he goes up there all the time! Well once again, I am really sorry about your cat.

Thanks Kyle! yes indeed yours looks like he is being a good producer, keeping an eye on you so you dont get into trouble :)

Thanks Ondawon. We rescued a kitten recently and are welcoming him into our new home, The healing sure has begun.

Sorry about your loss :'(, I know that a pets passing can hurt almost as much as a humans. I have had some great cats and all had such strong personalities that when they die its like a little piece of you dies too. Now that spot above your monitor seems mighty empty about now and I know that hurts. Well remember time heals all.

Jarred, sorry about the loss of your cat Bing. I lost my best freind in the world Sheba, my dog last October and it still is painful. There isn't much anyone can say in times like these but we all have to remember the good times that we both had with these creatures.

My animals are my kids. I can relate to your pain, and am very sorry for you loss. It's not easy losing a family member and I sympathize with you. My two cockatoos are with me right now. One on the arm of my chair and 1 on my shoulder. Can't imgine my life without them.

kitty looks like one of the sweetest cats ever.
i can understand the heartbreak, but something tells me you give kitty all, and more, that a cat could ask for.

My cat Astro passed away just over a year ago and it's always difficult. Astro was actually his middle name. His full name was Cat Astro Phe, and there was never a more appropriately named cat. I think he and Bing would have gotten along famously. Astro too loved the large 21 inch Trinitron cat warmer that he believed I purchased for him to use.

I just found this thread so I'm a little late replying. But I'm so sorry about your loss, he sure was a cutie.

I was never a cat person but when I got married four and a half months ago, my wife wanted a cat. I surprised her one day with a little boy named Trogdor. :)

He's a wonderful cat, very loving. I couldn't imagine my life without him and hate to think of him passing away. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I haven't read the whole thread but if you did already get a new kitty I hope he's doing well.

More than a year removed I just found this thread, but please add my name to the list of folks who feel your loss and know how wonderful animal friends can be. If they do have souls (as I suspect they do) you will meet up again some day.
