DVX100B Warning - AUTO OFF/T REEL LOCK

Hello

So I had a warning pop up on my DVX twice this week:

Auto Off/ T Reel Lock...


I now know that means to check the tape, but what should i do going forward - get the heads cleaned??

I changed tapes when this occured..Any suggestions on how to prevent this in the future will be welcomed.

Theres been several threads about this, I am having almost the same problem (S-reel lock), and I think T must mean Tape where S means Spool or Supply. I see you live in new york, so you shouldnt have too much trouble finding a reasonable price for cleaning/adjusting.
