No offense, but that doesn't really help when there is no HVX or DVX grab under the same conditions.

Regardless, each can be tweaked either in-camera or post to match the other.

NOTE: okay some guy challenged me to color correct these screenshots from barry green's hvx vs xha1 thread. he even offered $10 to who ever got it close... but i guess after seeing what i did with it, he deleted his post. if you're reading this, you owe me $10!

Here is a DVX100 vs XH-A1 where the DVX is in #6 default mode and the A1 has been tweaked using disjecta's VIVIDRGB setting which can be downloaded from dvinfo.net under the A1 settings thread.
