DVX100A Eyepiece rattle.

Like the title says...I discovered a rattle in the eyepiece of my camera by rocking it fore and aft. Sounds like a lens element is loose. Also reported by another user on DV.com forums. Anyone else have this problem. My 100A camera is about a month old and has no major problems otherwise.

Any feedback appreciated.

OH! That sounds bad! Does it go away after you power it up? Are you talking about the eye viewfinder or the camera lens. 8) If you answered yes to the first one and yes that the noise is in the lens. Than you have the standard DVX noise. They all have it. We usually tease people a lot more but I'm tired I just got off a shoot. ;D

No, Elvis, it's not the stabilizer clunk. It is, as I said, the eyepiece itself. Sounds like the eyepiece lens is flopping back and forth.
