dvx100 - Help! Fast!

Hi.

I am presently considering an offer for a used dvx100b. The price is 1850$, the heads were replaced, the old ones were at 801hours!!! (the new ones have 30 hours on them)

Is this a good deal ?

The seller says everything works perfectly. The price is in my budget, but since the old heads had 800 hours, i am wondering if there is other components that could be used ...

Do you think it's a good buy ?

Why don't you check what they've been going for on ebay recently?

Obviously the camera has been used a lot in order to rack up 800 hours on the heads. However, aside from the heads there's no reason the moving components can't last a very long time.

One with about 200 hours got sold for 1800$. So i think the one with the new heads would be a good deal ...
