Hi all!

I started a channel on Vimeo ("DVX NOT DEAD") to showcase prime DVX work, so if you have stuff on Vimeo, send it over and subscribe if you like. It's nice to see how DVX stuff stacks up on Vimeo against the rest.

Cheers!

this was such a good idea...all those pieces looked amazing. Ive been looking for something like this for a while, i thought there would be thread on here where people posted some of their favorite dvx stuff but i never found one, this is exactly what i was looking for. Makes me want to get my dvx even more this summer.

Where did you pick yours up at? I got mine off newegg for $2,149.99 after the rebate. Free 3 day shipping too!

the blind spot is really really good.

and lee, mine comes tomorrow!! (3 day my ass, its taking 4 businessdays, but hey its free i can't complain. i just hope UPS doesn't **** with my baby, i swear to god i'm shanking the delivery driver if i see a dent in my box)

I bought mine yesterday as well

No I really didnt, but I did sell my xh-a1 for my dvx. I dont think the dvx is dead either, and its not till recently I realised that no matter what it is your shooting with, its the story and content that matter. I am convinced that if any of the legends made their films on a dvx they would still be considered classics. Its not the size your weiner, its how you move it around inside her.... well you get the point. Do you?

That's really cool. I loved the fact that you can put your own logo on this site... Is it possible to label each video with..."No Adapter used" or "35mm Adapter used" The thing I search for on DVX when looking on youtube is for DVX footage without the adapter as they are far too expensive for me to purchase especially when I'm wanting to spend it elsewhere in lighting and costumes and actors etc. :)
As soon as I have made my film I will be sure to post a trailer to you :)
