Im just curious to see if anyone else has noticed the dvx having a problem with the color blue. I have noticed that in any mildly low light situation the dvx has a terrible time with blue often rendering it extermly grainy and artifacty. I have had to shoot a warmer picture on a view occasions to avoid this. anyone else face this problem.

Yes, the blue channel on the DVX is known to have a little noise to it.

oh how I love digital video. 
yeah, that blue problem gets a little annoying. But once you work with it a bit, you'll see that it really isn't a big deal and can be prevented.

I think you'll find that with pretty much any DV camera... it's just good ol' DV color sampling. Reducing your saturation or using an alternate gamma curve can help if you find the appropriate settings.
