DVX Newbie - Camera help/thoughts

This might be a loaded question, but I'll give it a try.

I'm new to the DVX world and figured this was the best place to get help. Were shooting a reality pilot and renting 6 DVX's for the pilot. I'm in charge of the cameras and in charge of getting a crash course on their in's-and-out's.

First, any place I can go to get a 'user' manual or info, online? Probably not, but it's worth a shot.

Second, any comments or suggestions, tricks, things or problems you have learned that might help me? I guess I'm not looking for basic info on how to operate, just things you guys might have experienced along the way that might help me to learn.

Info on the pilot. It's a two-part shoot. Controlled in-door lighting on first day of shoot, and out-door elements on second day. We plan to shoot in 24p.

Any help, thoughts, suggestions, would be a huge help! Thanks in advance!

Read this forum every day and you will learn more than any manual could ever teach you...

p.s. Why 6 cameras? Please tell me its not a reality show... because anything with 6 DVX's stinks of reality!! JK
