Hey guys, does anybody know if the price for the DVX100B is going down anytime soon? Im going to buy a camera in March and was wondering if the price is going to be the same. If it is, I might have to go with a DVC80 or a 100A, but itd be nice to have a new cam, fresh from greasy fingers. any info would be awsome

You can get a DVX100b around here for $2300 or so if you are patient enough. They usually start of at $2500, but sell a little lower.

I bet after a few more real affordable HDV cameras come out you can easilly get a 100b.

jan? Do you happen to know anything about a price descrease in DVX100B's near future at all?

PS: Ive been looking in MarketPlace for some time now. thnx

They are still holding strong at the 3500 mark with the new 500 rebate until march 2007
unless you buy from one of those shady New York dealers

don't get a DVC80 please just get the DVX it's so worth the wait!!!:engel017::violin:

In 2021, a DVX100B will go for $5 bucks. Thats when the Panasonic 3DX-9000 Holographic Camprojector comes out.

(My $3000 16mhz Apple Powerbook 140 (1991) is now worth $2 bucks !)

Yes, as long as you're willing to go to Las Vagas. :)

Have you considered the AG-DVC30? (I know I'm going to get hate mail... send it...I dare you... )

It was just announced that they are going to be discontinued so prices have adjusted. I think we have a few B-Stock of that version and that puts the 30 well within your budget.

Here is our Ebay auction for one now.

Yeah I have considered the DVC30, and thats what I was going to buy until I realized its a 1/4" CCD cam. So then I thought about the DVC80 - way too hard to come by. So Im just watiting around for a decent priced DVX100.

Spec-Comm, you dont happen to have any B-Stock DVX100's in do you?
