dvx book seeking

Hi! I´m from Argentina I recently purchased my Dvx 100B! and I´m seeking for Barry Green´s Dvx Book. Here in my place I can´t buy it because it is not available in bookshops.
Does anybody have a pdf or any document with the content of this book, please?
Trust me, I would buy it, but I cant do it really because its impossible to get that book here in Argentina

I know it´s not the best way, but If you where here in Argentina, you would notice that it is really impossible to obtain the dvx book, I hope you can understand. I respect the work of Barry Green and I know I would have to buy it, but it´s simply impossible for me from Argentina. Thanks and sorry for my limited english!
 
It's not impossible at all. Order from Amazon and I ship usually within 24 hours. I've sent the book to hundreds of countries around the world.
 
Hmm i searched Amazon.co.uk for this before and it didn't show up, do i have to use Amazon.com?
