OOOps, I'm editing and shooting on trial and error bases. I have edited my doucmentary half way on 23.98 time line. Can I transfer it to 29.98 time line now and rander it to get best results. Thanks for the tips..

Well, I am already editing on 23.98 time line in Premier Pro 1.5, As Brown mentioned that we should edit it in 29.98 time line instead of 23.98, so I'm have way to my editing and should I still continue with the editing or if It is advisable to edit or shift to 29.98. Can I transfer my project (23.98) to 29.98? This was my real question.
