DVX "B" camera Zoom, focus, iris info .

Hey you guys,
Well after building the zoom controller from the info on the site & broke down and bought a ZOE. But is anyone (Barry) privy to the electrical needs/workings of the iris and focus for the B dvx ? I know of the 10k pot in the zoom, so what is the focus / iris info.... PLEASE ?????

I could use it for jib or poorman's steadicam work.

From what I have read and gathered from different sources, the B model uses a type of LANC interface for the controls, where the A uses analog inputs for the zoom, and a momentary switch for start/stop. You might have to wait for a VariZoom model to be released specifically for the B. ( Then tear it apart and let us know what's inside!!)

The A, B and HVX all use te same controller for Zoom & Start/Stop.

Also, Varizoom has that controller available for the Focus & Iris for the B and HVX allready.

Whether the F+I is digital or analog I don't know, but given that it's a 3 conductor connector, analog would make perfect sence.
