is DVXuser using the latest Vbulletin?
 
Man, that sucks big time. I hope they manage to get it back up soon. There's just too much mean people with too much time on their hands.
 
That's rough ... and it happens to the best of us at times. Best wishes to Chris to get it fixed back up.


For now I'd recomend staying off DVi, who knows what nasties are on that cracked page.

I hate people sometimes. Why do that? It's a great resource and somebody has to go and screw it up. I used to spend a bit of time over there.
 
They are back, and not looking any worse for wear, thankfully. :)


As soon as we are done with a backup/update of DVXuser, we'll be back up to full speed too. :) Sorry for the lag folks.

I'd run your sql dumps in a cron job... My forums have been hacked too many times, I used to just run mysqldump's here and there, when I remembered... Once I slipped, and our stuff got wiped out and I had to go back 16 days in time from my last backup, it was like a time machine... Not good for anybody, especially any new users were definitely confused.
