My clients PC will not allow her to play the DVD I created in DVD Studio Pro in Windows Media Player, The file on the desktop has the .bup .ifo and .vob files, Do they just need to download quicktime? Everything was set to SD on my end. ughhhhhhh, Thanks.

I'm a little confused here. Can WMP be used as a DVD player? Or are you trying to open the DVD as a data disc and drop the files onto the desktop?

If it's the latter, you're working with files that WMP won't be able to read. You need to use a DVD player interface.

Right. You just need DVD player software - not WMP, which plays specific individual file types, of which "DVD Video" isn't one. DVD Video is a consumer, set-top box format, so you need software emulation of that. I forget the names of them (I'm on a Mac right now), but a google search will yield dozens of fully legal, freely downloadable ones.

Modern Mac OS's include one from the git-go. I'd imagine newer PCs do as well.
