What is the best way to convert the DVCPRO HD mxf files to use them in Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 10?

DVFilm Raylight lets you use the MXF files directly on the timeline.
Keep in mind, however, that if you shoot 24p in 1080 mode or 480 mode, you won't be able to edit it as 24p, so shoot 24p standard, not 24pA.
Shooting in 720 24pN will be fine on a 23.976 timeline.
