GH3 dual video recording on sd cards

Just want to know if the gh3 will record video on both cards so that the second slot will serve as a back up. I know the photo will do that bbut not really sure if its also true on video. Thanks in advance.

You will find the second slot on the B cam...:happy:
 
I bet with a hammer and a screwdriver you could get 2 cards to fit. Anyone care to test out this theory? :cheesy:

AC90 does (and can use them redundantly or sequentially), but that's a different animal entirely. (come to think of it, so does the xa20). Both in a similar price class as a GH3 when you factor in a decent lens.

But alas, the GH3 has no such thing.
 
Yeah weird question- of course you could always add an outboard recorder such as a Ki Pro or an ATOMOS but I've had zero problems recording onto a single card. Beats the old DV/Hi8/VHS tapes we used to have back in the day.
