Dual Dolly RS ?

That was helpful? Seems like people need to learn some respect. Now regarding the Dual Dolly Rs I would like to know as well how is it?

Chill out man, all I'm saying is that if you take the time to search I'm pretty sure there is some useful information but don't know offhand what or where it is......some people choose not to search before posting and bypass a large amount of good information.

Guys, sorry I missed this post...

I have the 8 wheels Dual dolly since Jan and I've been using it with 4 feet track and a manfrotto fluid head. I paid 175$ for the dolly w/tracks but I asked them to add a central plate and some other stuff so I ended up paying 245. Prices on their website are higher, but they sell on ebay as well and that's why I managed to save some money.

I haven't tried other sliders such as the pocketdolly, cineslider etc. but I do like this dolly since it's smooth and you can use the whole length of any plain surface (tables, floor, walls)
I suggest you to consider the 8 wheels version as it's quite robust.

About the track, the central plate is almost useless as it allows to slide 30cm on each side before it starts bending. It's always better to put the track on 2 tripods or chairs or whatever.
The rails are solid, but the black coating is cheap and gets scratched very easily. It's a 175 product after all!!
The cons are that you must NEVER leave your dolly unattended on the rails when the camera is mounted on. It may slide and fall on one side.

I hope this helps.
Diego
