I have been thinking about buying one of the dslr cams. (next 3 months) I am specifically looking for the video end of it but also intended to use it as a "regular" camera also.

I haven't seen this question answered on many of the newer cams but......
Which of these cams can you hook up an external monitor to? (say a cheapo $300 hdtv)
I should say which ones will let you see what is being recorded WHILE you are recording video and which ones will let you see what you recorded during playback? (if any)
I would like to use a monitor during recording VS the tiny lcd on the camera.
