I filmed my first wedding yesterday. I'm I began edited but I am dropping frames in every clip I placed on my timeline. I tried all those "tricks" to avoid dropping frames like turning off unlimited RT and restarting the computer but none seemed to work.
I must edit this video within a week or two. I filmed everything on a t2i. I've been dropping the uncompressed .mov files into my timeline. I don't currently have an external hard drive, but would that help avoid dropping frames? Would the EOS plugin help? I just need quick advice.
Here are the specs on my imac:
3.06 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
4GB 1067 MHz RAM
1TB hard drive
I think my machine can handle it, so what do I need to do so that I will avoid dropping any more frames during playback?
