Dropped 7D, now has strange manual focus issue

I dropped my camera on it's lens, now the camera does a funky image shift when focusing the camera manually. If you turn the focus ring slowly, the image goes in and out of focus like normal, but at a point the entire image jumps a few pixels to the left, and then back at a certain point. It does this on multiple lenses.

What mechanical focus anything is in the body that might be causing this?

7D is one of those cameras that seems to suffer adverse affects from being slammed into the ground by gravity. Call up Cannon and send it in. Sorry to hear that. Good Luck
